Rosie has led and scaled the Marketing and Communications function at Apex Group Ltd for nearly a decade, as it has transitioned from a mid-sized fund administrator to a global financial services provider with 12,000 employees, 85 offices and over $3rn in assets serviced. She is a member of the Executive Committee and runs a central global team, responsible for all internal and external marketing, communications and CSR for the Group and its sub-brands. Rosie is passionate about driving diversity of thought and improving the gender balance in financial services and is a leading voice on the topic in the industry. She is also described as a ‘prominent Fintech CMO’, regularly interviewed on popular Marketing podcasts. Rosie is a Board Director for the Apex Foundation, member of the Apex Group’s Sustainability Committee and Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Council, a Chartered Marketer and member of the Forbes Communications Council. Rosie is the Founder of the Women’s Accelerator Network and Apex Group’s internal Women’s Accelerator Program.

Blair, based in London UK, is the Managing Director of Apex Group company Profilir Ltd. which operates a digital marketing platform for Asset Managers, Companies and Investors. Blair joined Apex Group when the company he founded, Senasen Group, was acquired by Apex Group. Blair’s career has included roles across a broad range of financial institutions including: Asset Consulting at Towers Perrin (Willis Towers Watson); Asset Management at Assante Asset Management; Capital Markets at Royal Bank of Canada and BNP Paribas. I have worked directly for several impressive women throughout my 30 year career, and each one has taught me important lessons that have subsequently enabled me to achieve my own personal success. Unfortunately that is not the case for everyone and the lack of mobility for women is a huge limitation to the industry as a whole. I want to be part of the change and an ally, providing practical and effective actionable contributions to enable progress on gender equity in the industry.

Kirin is General Counsel and Chief Operations Officer at Arbion, an investment office for institutions and ultra-high-net-worth clients. She is responsible for overseeing all business operations and forms part of Arbion’s Board of Directors. Kirin is also responsible for all legal matters related to the firm. Kirin trained and qualified as a solicitor at Pinsent Masons (formerly McGrigors LLP) where she spent five years in their London office. Having qualified into the Corporate team, Kirin has experience in a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Prior to McGrigors, Kirin worked as a paralegal with the M&A team at Freshfields LLP. Kirin received an LLB and LLM (Corporate and Commercial Law) from University College London.

Faye Suvari joined Apex Group in 2019 as part of the EMEA Business Development team. With experience of working in the UK, United States, and Dubai, she has a natural ability to build new relationships and nurture existing ones across cultures. Faye has over two decades of experience within the Financial Services industry and has held various business development roles at Tullett Prebon, Alter Domus, SS&C, and Cantor Fitzgerald. She joined the Steering Committee of the London Women’s Accelerator Network, an Apex Group Initiative, in 2024 and will be focused on driving equity for women within the industry.

Maysa is a passionate social entrepreneur with extensive business development experience in high-tech and civil society organisations. For over 20 years, Maysa has been involved in co-founding multiple initiatives fostering entrepreneurs. Since 2003, she has served in executive positions, in addition to fundraising, mentoring, multi-cultural relations, and advisinga number of local and international organisations, aiming to empower entrepreneurs and bridge communities. Accordingly, leveraging this experience combined with years of investment management, start-up and accelerator programmes, executive coaching, and family business consultancy, enables Maysa to launch her operation, navigating her clients through the complexity of family businesses and providing speculative opportunities in high-tech solutions in the Middle East and UK In addition, her social-impact ventures and initiatives have been acknowledged by international bodies and has received a number of prizes and awards for serving restlessly for peace, justice, diversity, and inclusion.

Lana Callahan is the Managing Director of Investor Relations with Context365 by Apex. She is a Senior Finance Leader with more than 19 years of experience in the Alternatives space delivering and sustaining revenue and profit gains within highly competitive markets. She was responsible for the strategic growth and expansion of many businesses throughout her career and has a vast knowledge of products and vehicles, holding buy side and sell sides roles at: Rotella Capital Management, BNP Paribas, ABN AMRO, R.J. O’Brien and Newedge. Lana attained her Master's Degree from Northwestern University in one year, her Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College and Series 3, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Lana currently serves as a Management Team Member at Context365 by Apex, a Trader's Fulcrum Board Member, a CTA Expo Advisory Board Member, a Give Thanks Project for Ronald McDonald House Board Member, a member of 100 Women in Finance and a member of Women in Listed Derivatives.

As a marketing executive with 20+ years of experience in the fintech and investment management industries Judith has helped scale and grow companies and high-performing teams at both hyper-growth startups and established global firms. Judith has a consistent record of mentoring and empowering talent while showcasing and elevating prominent female trailblazers in the industry through strategic networking events. She has a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Michigan, coursework from Columbia's MBA Executive Education program in Strategic Marketing Management and Brand Leadership and is a member of CHIEF.

Josette Thompson is a managing director at Prosek Partners. She has more than 20 years of experience in Communications with a current focus on financial and professional services. At Prosek she manages a multi-million-dollar portfolio of clients across banking, insurance, real estate, and wealth management overseeing their public relations, investor relations, crisis communications, thought leadership and social media programs. Josette has a deep passion for purpose-driven work and serves as Diversity Lead at Prosek driving internal change within the organization and counseling clients on their DEI efforts. She is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society’s Diversity & Inclusion committee, an advisory board member for the Diversity Action Alliance, and is on the board of The HOPE Program, a workforce development program that empowers New Yorkers with significant barriers to employment through training jobs and career advancement. Josette is also the founder of Prosek’s Corporate Volunteer and Giving Initiative. Josette began her career in the consumer and luxury/fashion PR industries, working on large-scale B2B and B2C campaigns for some of the world’s most well-known brands. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from Fordham University.

Alma is an Executive Vice President for Edelman Smithfield specializing in communication and brand strategy for financial services companies. As a communications executive with over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in asset and wealth management, she has led global integrated account teams, curated brand growth strategies, developed audience centered narratives and transformative distribution strategies. Alma has extensive experience working with executive management to develop sales and marketing strategies that deliver high revenue growth opportunities. Alma has held roles as an institutional investment director, director of partner development, head of client relationships and strategic partnerships. She has led investment product development, marketing services and provided communication, sales development and marketing counsel to boutique and leading asset management companies.

Valerie has over 20 years of experience in leading alternative assets servicing teams across Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Valerie has been an active contributor to the industry throughout her career, serving on the boards of various professional bodies and committees. Currently, she is the Chair of the Association of Luxembourg Funds in Southeast Asia, as well as member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (“DEI”) committee of the Singapore Fund Directors Association, and the Singapore Venture Capital Association. As Regional Managing Director at Apex Group, she also has a focus on driving ESG and DEI initiatives in APAC.

Roshini is a Managing Director of Private Equity at Everstone Capital Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore. Her role includes driving value creation in investee companies across all verticals in the areas of high-performance teams and human capital management, brand transformation, and ESG. In addition to serving on the board of Everlife Pte Ltd, a Singapore company, Roshini also serves on the boards of three publicly listed companies: Persistent Systems Ltd, JM Financial, and Restaurant Brands Asia Ltd. She previously served on the board of Max Healthcare, the largest hospital network in India. Roshini has more than 30 years of general management and marketing experience and a strong track record in consumer industries, setting strategy, and improving operational effectiveness to deliver greater financial returns. Prior to Everstone, she was the CEO and Managing Director of the Walt Disney Company’s consumer, media, and retail business for South Asia, where she set up and grew the business to more than $400 million in revenue. Some of her earlier roles were with Unilever, American Express, Mattel, and Polaris. She believes very strongly in entrepreneurship as the future for innovation and growth and works pro bono with Endeavor.org as their global ambassador and panelist, helping shortlist the next generation of growth businesses from emerging markets across the world. She also supports Enterprise Singapore, A Government of Singapore enterprise, as a mentor to some of the tech and consumer startups based in Singapore. In addition to this, Roshini is the co-chair of the DEI committee at the Singapore Venture Capital Association and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Roshini holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad, India) and an undergraduate degree from St Stephen’s College (Delhi, India) majoring in Economics (Hons).

Joel is a private investment funds lawyer with 20 years of experience in top-tier investment funds practices in London and Singapore. He has extensive experience advising sponsors in Asia on the establishment of private investment funds across various asset classes and jurisdictions, with a particular focus on private equity, private credit, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, hedge, and special situations funds. Joel has worked on various non-traditional private investment fund setups such as platform structures, hybrid funds, club deals, and open-ended illiquid funds. He has also advised institutional and non-institutional LPs from Asia, Europe, and the US, including sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, pension funds, corporations, family offices, and fund-of-funds, on their investments into private funds. Aside from transactional work, Joel also advises clients on the licensing and ongoing regulatory requirements of operating a fund management business in Singapore, as well as assisting with the submission of fund management licence applications to the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Joel is acknowledged by clients for his experience and expertise and has been listed in various legal ranking publications for several consecutive years, including Chambers Asia-Pacific, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, and Who’s Who Legal.
